2013-1	2-19-13	The sale of the following real property to Bob and Maree Gilliam: The property bearing a street address of 227 North Lake Drive. This property is triangular in shape, consisting of .303 acres, as referenced on a plat prepared for the Town of Lexington, dated January 14, 2013. Said plat is attached hereto, and incorporated herein by reference. The sales price for the property shall be $225,000.00.
2013-7	5-20-13	To sell the Town's property interest in Barr Pond (aka Wildlife Pond) to MWK, LLC, for the price of $60,000.00. The Town's property interest consists of certain rights in a portion of property bearing Lexington County Tax Map No. 005300-02-007, and containing 124.23 acres more or less.
2013-13	6- 3-13	To sell a portion of real property at the Beechwoods lift station (TMS No. 004117-01-001) to the Connolly Family for $650.00. The portion to be sold includes 337 square feet, more or less, and is further described on the attached plat, which is incorporated herein by reference.
2013-28	11- 4-13	The property bearing a street address of 206 North Church Street, bearing TMS No. 004320-04-007, consisting of .72 acres, more or less, as referenced on a plat prepared for the Town of Lexington, dated January 14, 2013. Said plat is attached hereto, and incorporated herein by reference. The sales price for the property shall be $240,000.00.
2014-19	4-21-14	The property bearing a street address of 101 West Main Street, bearing TMS No. 004321-08-011, consisting of .197 acres, more or less, commonly referred to and known as the Shirey's Building. The sales price for the property shall be $130,000.00.
2015-5	2- 2-15	The property bearing a street address of 101 West Main Street, bearing TMS No. 004321-08-011, consisting of .197 acres, more or less, commonly referred to and known as the Shirey's Building. The sales price for the property shall be $150,000. Title shall be transferred to RDK Icehouse, LLC.
2017-32	7- 10-17	The property shown as Tracts A & B, totaling 17.44 acres, more or less, bearing TMS No. 004200-07-017, and shown on a Plat of Caroline Springs Subdivision and Cobblestone Farms, recorded in Book 14636, at Page 302, in the Lexington County Register of Deeds Office. The Town shall retain all of its utilities rights in the area. The sales price for the property shall be $500, the Town Council finding and declaring this to be a fair price for property which serves no public purpose for the Town of Lexington.
2018-30	9- 4-2018	The property bearing a street address of 103 West Main Street, bearing TMS No. 004320-09-010, abutting and adjacent to the former Shireys Building which is now the site of Alodia's Restaurant.
