§ 90.13. ISSUANCE OF TEMPORARY PERMITS.

In accordance with S.C. Code § 61-6-2010, the South Carolina Department of Revenue is hereby authorized to issue temporary permits in the Town of Lexington for a period not to exceed twenty-four (24) hours to allow the sale of beer and wine at permitted off-premises locations without regard to the days or hours of sales.

This section in no way whatsoever is intended to affect the allowance of permits for on-premises consumption of alcoholic beverages in bars, restaurants and other allowed premises.
