§ 95.99. PENALTY.

Latest version.

Whoever violates any provision of this chapter, for which no penalty is otherwise provided, shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisoned for not more than thirty (30) days. However, no penalty shall exceed the penalty provided by state law for similar offenses. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day that a violation occurs or continues.
