§ 50.06. DITCHES FOR LAYING PIPES; RESTORATION.

All ditches or trenches opened for the purpose of laying pipes for connection with water mains, whether on private premises or across streets or sidewalks shall be carefully and completely closed and filled after the pipes are laid, and all paving disturbed in connection with the work shall be skillfully and carefully repaired and restored. It shall be unlawful for any person to violate any provision of this section.
