§ 70.17. Time limits for lane closures due to construction.

Daytime construction related lane closures along U.S. Highway 1, U.S. Highway 378 and SC Highway 6 within the Town of Lexington, shall require the possession of a Town of Lexington issued permit. Any lane closure requested to take place between the hours of nine (9:00) a.m. and four (4:00) p.m., if permitted, could be limited in duration to no more than two (2) hours. Details for each lane closure will be as defined by the permit.

Violators shall be subject to the penalties contained in Town of Lexington Code Section § 130.99.
