§ 151.02.02. APPLICABILITY.

(A)

In order to construct, alter or expand a mobile park, a developer must secure the appropriate approval for the site plan and construction drawing from the Planning Commission. The construction drawing must be approved before a building permit can be issued. The plans must comply with the provisions of § 151.02.03.

(B)

Mobile homes as defined in this chapter are not permitted. Manufactured homes as defined in this chapter are only allowed in mobile home parks.
