Pursuant to the authority conferred by the 1994 "South Carolina Local Government Comprehensive Planning and Enabling Act," S.C. Code §§ 6-29-710 through 6-29-870, the Town of Lexington does ordain and enact into law the following articles and sections et sequitor.
