    Residential
    Single
    Driveway must be at least four feet (4') from the adjacent property line. Exempt.
    Residential
    Cluster
    Driveways between adjacent properties shall not touch. Driveways shall be located so as to provide for a sight distance of one hundred feet (100') for each ten (10) miles per hour of speed limit assigned to the particular road accessed. Sight distance shall be measured from a seeing height of four feet (4') to an object three feet (3') in height. However, traditional and hammerhead cul-de-sacs (see diagram below for depiction of hammerhead cul-de-sac) intersections are exempt.

    The sharing of driveways is prohibited. In other words, residential driveway(s) must access only one residence or unit within a duplex, condominium, or townhouse.
