§ 158.06.03. VIOLATIONS AND PENALTIES.

  • (A)

    Any person who willfully violates the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be imprisoned for not more than thirty (30) days or fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00), or both.

    (B)

    The Town Council may obtain injunctive relief to enjoin violations of the provisions of this chapter, and any person damaged as a result of such violations may, upon a proper showing of such damages, obtain payment therefore by a civil action.
