§ 160.09.02. QUALIFICATIONS.

The Board of Appearance consists of five (5) members who are appointed by Town Council. At least two (2) of the members must be registered architects, one member must either be an architect or otherwise employed in the building profession, and at least two (2) of the members must either be Town citizens or maintain a Town of Lexington Business License. However, at all times at least one member of the Board must be a Town resident.
