§ 150.04. ENFORCEMENT AND LEGAL STATUS.

The violation of any provision of this chapter or the codes adopted herein shall be a misdemeanor punishable by the current fines established by Town Council. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day that a violation occurs or continues.
